　一、工傷事故調查報告

　1、事故發(fā)生后，受傷人員或在場相關人員應立即向班組、項目管理層或者公司負責人及安全監(jiān)督部門報告情況。

　2、項目經理或公司負責人在接到重傷或死亡事件的報告后，應立即通知相關主管部門和其他相關職能機構。

　3、應盡量保護事故現(xiàn)場，迅速采取必要措施對受傷人員和財產進行搶救，防止事態(tài)進一步惡化。

　4、如在特殊情況下需要對現(xiàn)場進行處理，必須做好相關標記或記錄。

　二、工傷事故的調查及分析

　1、對于輕傷和重傷事故，應由公司經理或副經理負責，組織安全、技術、生產等相關部門及工會成員組成調查小組進行調查。

　2、所有涉及上級機關的事故，公司應按照要求全力配合調查。

　3、與事故相關的單位和個人必須如實回答調查人員的問題，提供相應的證據和證詞，嚴禁虛假陳述或隱瞞事實真相。

　4、對于公司內處理的工傷事故，調查必須明確事故發(fā)生的時間、地點、經過、原因、人員傷亡情況以及經濟損失等信息。

　5、召開事故分析會議，形成事故處理意見和防范措施建議。

　6、出具正式的事故調查報告。

　三、工傷事故的處理與歸檔

　1、公司處理的工傷事故，必須在事故調查組完成報告后，由公司召集專門會議進行研究處理。

　2、事故處理的結果應向全體員工公開，并將處理情況形成書面材料，向相關部門報告。

　3、事故處理必須公平公正，不姑息、不回避，確保事故處理原則的“三不放過”。

　4、如對公司處理結果有異議，可向上級主管部門提出申訴或起訴。

　5、事故處理完結后，由公司安全部門負責收集整理所有相關材料，進行歸檔管理。

　6、需要辦理工傷審批手續(xù)的，責任由公司負責落實。
